It is a specialized and personalized business advisory service where agribusinesses approach the institute with a practical need that requires personalized intervention. The institute also supports in identification of gaps and needs. Depending on the identified gaps or needs, the institute attaches a practicing expert drawn from its pool to support agribusiness with hands-on practical solutions.
This service is issue-based, and the time required to support each organization/ business will depend on the issue(s) at hand. The fee is negotiated between the client and the EAGC Grain Business Institute. This service spans across the entire grain value chain from pre-production, production and harvesting, product transformation, service delivery, marketing and distribution and consumption.
